The Constraint Method.
To prove the point, I am applying a strict constraint to this newsletter moving forward: The 1-1-1 Format (under 400 words).
You can use the same constraint in your notes today:
Select one input. (A single article or chapter).
Set a constraint. Refuse to summarize the whole thing.
Write one note. Force the main concept into three sentences max.
If you cannot write it briefly, you do not understand it deeply.
Constraints force clarity.
